Generational Leadership Workshop

If you manage, lead, hire or supervise Millennials, this is one workshop you can’t afford to miss.

The issue of how to motivate and lead the newest crop of workers has been top of mind for many organizations. Even though research has pegged Millennials as accepting of authority, and craving feedback and constant positive reinforcement, as a workforce, we are struggling with how to lead and manage this newest group of employees.

In this one-day workshop, Jamie O'Neill will explore the needs of Millennials and how, as employers, we can attract and retain this workforce to help us meet our business results.

Atlantic Immigration - Opportunities for Your Business

Immigration Breakfast.png

Date: Tuesday, April 24, 2018
Time: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM (Breakfast will be served)
Location: Lion's Club Hall, 250 Veterans' Drive, Berwick

Canada's demographics are changing and Nova Scotia shows no exception. Many businesses are wondering how they can find workers with the skills they need now, or will soon need, when workers of all skills are either retiring of leaving the area to work elsewhere. Immigration is one way for Nova Scotian companies and organizations to find the skilled workers they may need.

If you're interested in learning more about the opportunities and benefits that immigration provides to businesses, we would like to invite you to join Nova Scotian Immigration Minister Lena Metlege-Diab, the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration, and settlement provider organizations on April 24 for a free information session.

We'll also have information on the new Atlantic Immigration Pilot. This innovative program - part of the federal government's Atlantic Growth Strategy - was developed to simplify the immigration process for both immigrants and employers to better help businesses fill labour gaps so that they, and our economy, can prosper quicker.
