Managing change can initially be divided into two categories: The change in process and technology, and the human side. Both of these are addressed in this outline. The process tools and methods covered in this program are derived from Lean principles, project management and Six Sigma process improvement. All of which are used extensively from manufacturing through to health care to manage the actual logistics of any change. They are designed to provide concrete paths to get from ‘A’ to ‘B’.

Please fill out the form below to register for any of the above programs. We need a direct email address and phone number where you can be reached. Instructions will contact each participant at least one week prior to the program start date to complete an individual needs assessment. This will provide the instruction with valuable information they need for planning the program and allows you the change to provide input as to the direction of the course. When registering multiple people from the same organization please fill the form out for each participant or provide names and contact for each in the comments.
