Managing change can initially be divided into two categories: The change in process and technology, and the human side. Both of these are addressed in this outline. The process tools and methods covered in this program are derived from Lean principles, project management and Six Sigma process improvement. All of which are used extensively from manufacturing through to health care to manage the actual logistics of any change. They are designed to provide concrete paths to get from ‘A’ to ‘B’.

Workplace Education: Change Management 2

Change Management 2 expands on, and extends, the first Change Management program. This second level program introduces the tools of managing the change for the roles of sponsor or manager. This is especially important for those who are running a change without a ‘top-level’ position, such as a middle manager or supervisor.
