Workplace Education: Project Management Begins

Every business has goals and no matter how big or small you are, your projects and your business are more likely to succeed if you have a plan. Project management is simply an approach to planning and completing projects to help you reach your goals within a fixed budget and a given time frame. It does not need to be a complex, time-consuming and expensive endeavour, but it does require a certain level of structure. Some business owners like to think of it as the method to their madness!

Time & Day: Mondays 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

These programs are brought to you at no cost. All Workplace Education programs are funded by the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education. They have been a valuable partner for AVCC in offering these programs. The full cost for paricipants is funded under this program. In return, we expect a commitment to attend at least 80% of sessions. You do not need to be a member of the Chamber of Commerce to participate and all employees are welcome.
