AVCC Awards Business Success

Last evening the Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce Handed out certificates and awards to successful Valley businesses nominated for the 2017 AVCC Business Awards.

7 Awards were received including

Outstanding Exporter of the Year, Nova Scotia Fisherman

David Cudmore received the Lifetime Achievement Award and was recognized as being instrumental in the positive growth and expansion of the Nova Scotia apple industry.

AVCC President Jeremy Lutes said, "It's an exciting time to be doing business in the Annapolis Valley and this evening is proof of that."

270 Valley business leaders attended the event at the Old Orchard Inn.

AVCC represents 396 businesses and their employees throughout Kings County and the eastern half of Annapolis County.
